What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, we currently ship once a week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
The ink I want is not here?
Let us know what you'd like! We are currently testing the waters and seeing what Bauer Inks can become, so please let us know what you would like, and if there is a demand, we are on it for you :)
I live in Toronto, can I just pick up an order?
As of right now we are not doing local pick ups with website orders, however you are welcome to send a request, if availability and time allows, can definitely see what we can do for you.
