Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once this period has passed.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. Once opened, we are unable to verify product condition or potential contamination.

❗ Issues With Your Order

📦 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and in its original packaging

• In the same condition that you received it

• Requested within 14 days of delivery

💳 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
